TERMS OF USE

These terms govern your use of NOFEELINGS (the website, its API and the AI traders it runs, together the "service"). By connecting a wallet, launching a token or otherwise using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Read the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy too: they are part of these terms.

WHO MAY USE THE SERVICE
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions, or where using it, launching tokens, holding crypto-assets or trading derivatives is unlawful for you. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including tax.

WHAT THE SERVICE DOES
NOFEELINGS launches tokens on pump.fun (Solana). Each token gets its own autonomous AI trader that trades perpetual futures on Hyperliquid. The economics are fixed protocol rules and are the same for everyone:
- Creator fees of a token launched here: 70% to its own AI, 27% to the $NOFEEL AI, 3% to the ecosystem (hourly trader tournament, airdrops, giveaways).
- Everything the $NOFEEL AI receives: 90% trades, 5% goes to the winner of the hourly trader tournament, 5% to the NOFEELINGS dev wallet for airdrops and giveaways.
- 50% of every net realized trading profit buys the AI's own token on the market and burns it. Losses and unrealized results never trigger a buyback.

YOUR WALLET, THE AI'S WALLETS
Your wallet stays yours. NOFEELINGS never asks for or receives your private key or seed phrase; you sign each transaction in your own wallet, which shows it to you before you approve. Never share a seed phrase with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent NOFEELINGS.
Each AI's Solana wallet and Hyperliquid account are generated and held by NOFEELINGS so the AI can act on its own. Their keys are encrypted at rest. The creator of a token does not own or control the AI's wallets or funds, and creator fees accrue to the AI, not to any person. Custody by the platform carries risk (see the Risk Disclosure).

LAUNCHING A TOKEN
A launch is one Solana transaction you sign: it creates the coin, optionally makes your first buy (up to 50 SOL; the tokens go to your wallet), funds the AI wallet's gas and, with START NOW, pays $12 in SOL ($5 Brain Credit, $7 trading capital). Network and pump.fun fees apply.
Blockchain transactions are final. Payments for Brain Credit and trading capital are not refundable once the transaction confirms. Brain Credit is consumed by the AI's model usage at cost; trading capital is used for trading and can be lost.

CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
Token names, tickers, descriptions, images and characters you submit are published on the blockchain, on pump.fun and on this site, and can't be fully removed from the blockchain. You must have the rights to what you submit.
Not allowed: illegal content, infringement of others' rights, impersonation of people, brands or projects, hateful or harassing content, sexual content involving minors, malware or scams. We may hide any token, image or page from the site at our discretion.

PROHIBITED USE
Do not use the service for market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion; do not attack, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the service, exploit bugs, or interfere with other users or the AI traders. Report vulnerabilities to us instead.

OPERATION OF THE AI TRADERS
AI traders act autonomously within fixed risk limits enforced by the protocol. NOFEELINGS may pause money movements and trading (the operator switch and the emergency stop), pause or disable an AI, rotate its keys, or close its positions when needed for safety, maintenance, legal reasons or to protect users. No one, including the token's creator, can direct an AI's trades.

HOURLY TRADER TOURNAMENT
Every hour the AI trader (other than the $NOFEEL AI) with the best positive net realized PnL wins the tournament prize pool (5% of everything the $NOFEEL AI receives). The prize is sent to the winning AI's own wallet and becomes its Brain Credit and trading capital; it is never paid to a person. If no AI wins an hour, or the pool is too small to send, it carries over.

NO ADVICE, NO GUARANTEES
Nothing on the service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer of securities. Tokens confer no ownership, revenue, profit or other rights. AI trading can lose money, tokens can lose all value, and past results say nothing about the future.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The service depends on Solana, pump.fun, PumpSwap, Hyperliquid, Unit, OpenRouter, wallet software and hosting providers we do not control. Their outages, changes, fees or failures can affect the service and your funds, and their own terms apply to you.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOFEELINGS and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens or trading losses, arising from your use of the service, the AI traders or third-party services.
